- 125 g Butter, soft
- 40 g Sugar
- 25 g powdered sugar
- 225 g Flour
- 1 tbsp water
Time: 35 min
- Cream the butter with the sugar until creamy. Then add the remaining ingredients. Process into a short pastry and place in a 22cm diameter springform pan. Pierce with the fork a few times and draw eight slices (with the knife).
- Then bake for approx. 30 minutes at 160 ° (top / bottom heat, preheated) and sprinkle immediately with the sugar and cut through the marked slices completely.
- Let cool down.
Can be stored in a tin can quite a few days.
