  • 125 g Butter, soft
  • 40 g Sugar
  • 25 g powdered sugar
  • 225 g Flour
  • Salt
  • 1 tbsp water

  1. Cream the butter with the sugar until creamy. Then add the remaining ingredients. Process into a short pastry and place in a 22cm diameter springform pan. Pierce with the fork a few times and draw eight slices (with the knife).
  2. Then bake for approx. 30 minutes at 160 ° (top / bottom heat, preheated) and sprinkle immediately with the sugar and cut through the marked slices completely.
  3. Let cool down.

Can be stored in a tin can quite a few days.
