Cold Pork Tenderloin Recipe – cold pork made easy for a buffet
- 600 g pork tenderloin
- 1 Salt and pepper, from the mill
- 1 Fat for frying
- 1 Mustard, spicy
- 1 Paprika powder, sweet
Time: 1 hour 35 min
Preheat the oven to 90 degrees.
Season the pork fillet with salt and pepper and sauté in a frying pan for 5 minutes. Remove from the pan, spice all over with sweet paprika powder and a little spicy mustard.
Place a griddle on a suitable ovenware, place the fillet on top and let it rise in the oven at 90 degrees for 1 hour 30 minutes.
Remove from the oven and let cool, cut into thin slices, serve with dips / sauces
