Creamy New York Cheesecake is Best to cool overnight.


For the ground;

  • 200 g Cookies, (butter biscuits)
  • 100 g butter

For covering:

  • 200 g sugar
  • 3 TableSpoon food starch
  • 600 g cream cheese
  • 200 g lowfat quark
  • 150 g cream
  • 1 egg
  • 2 TableSpoon lemon juice

For the casting:

  • 250 g sour cream
  • 2 TableSpoon sugar
  • 1 pck. vanilla sugar
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

  1. Crumble the butter biscuits, mix well with the liquid butter and press the mixture on the bottom of a baking pan. Bake at 180 degrees in preheated oven for 5-10 minutes, then remove.
  2. Stir the sugar with starch, cream cheese and curd cheese until creamy. Add the egg, cream and lemon juice and stir until smooth. Do not beat with the mixer, but slowly stir creamy, that’s very important.
  3. Spread the cream on the pre-baked ground and bake the cake for about 45 minutes. If the margin is slightly brown, take it out.
  4. Mix the ingredients for the cast, brush the cake on the cake and bake the cake again for 5 minutes.
