- 75 g sugar
- 125 g butter
- 2 pack vanilla sugar
- 250 g Flour
- 1 egg
Time: 90 min
- For the simple biscuits, knead all the ingredients on a work surface to a smooth dough. Then wrap in a cling film and put in the fridge for an hour.
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees top / bottom heat and lay out a baking sheet with parchment paper. Roll out the dough on a floured work surface and cut out any kind of biscuits.
- Place the biscuits on the baking tray and bake in oven for 10 minutes until light yellow.
Let the biscuits dry well before they get into the biscuits jar.
