Simply delicious tastes the great ham-cheese omelette. This delicious recipe has something for every taste.
- 250 g Flour
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- 3 eggs
- 300 ml water
- 300 ml milk
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 100 g ham
- 100 g Emmentaler
- 2 tablespoon Parsley, chopped
Time: 45 min
- Mix the flour with salt in a bowl. Sprinkle the eggs with water, milk, oil, pepper and nutmeg, then add the flour and mix to a smooth, liquid dough.
- Let the dough rest for about 20 minutes, covered. Then heat a dash of oil in a non-stick pan and pour the dough into the pan with a pan and let it stand for about 3-4 minutes over medium heat – it should be golden brown at the bottom and still soft at the top.
- Then cover half of the omelette with ham, cheese and parsley and sprinkle with the second half. Turn the omelette again with a spatula and allow to sauté briefly.
Instead of the ham you can of course also use bacon. Bake more omelette until the dough is used up.
