KFC Coleslaw Recipe


This easy and creamy coleslaw dressing is a breeze to make, thanks to on-hand ingredients. You can make Coleslaw now!


  • 800 g white cabbage
  • 1 Large carrot
  • 1 Onion
  • 65 g sugar
  • 1/2 salt
  • 1/8 Black pepper
  • 60 ml milk
  • 125 g Mayonnaise
  • 60 ml buttermilk
  • 1 Lemon juice, fresh
  • 1/4 paprika

Cut white cabbage, carrot and onion into fine and very thin strips about 2.5 cm long, either by hand or in a food processor.

Add white cabbage, carrot and onion in a large bowl. Mix the remaining ingredients well in another bowl, if necessary, add the mustard. Then pour over the white cabbage mixture. Season to taste.

Cover the bowl and refrigerate the coleslaw for at least 8 hours, preferably 12 to 15 hours, to ensure that all the ingredients are well combined. To serve 1/2 hour before take out of the refrigerator.

Coleslaw is the perfect accompaniment to hamburgers, pulled pork, hot dogs, grilled pork and poultry and, of course, BBQ.
