Low Carb Salmon

  • 250 g Salmon fillets
  • 1 large zucchini
  • 1 large Peppers, red or yellow
  • 300 g Cherry tomatos or aromatics
  • 150 g mushrooms
  • 100 g feta cheese
  • 2 toes garlic
  • salt and pepper
  • Chili oil

The salmon filet, if TK, let something thaw. Wash and pat dry. Season with salt and pepper, if desired also with herbs.

Dice the feta cheese. Cut the zucchini and mushrooms into thin slices, cut the peppers into strips. Halve tomatoes or quarter them. Finely chop garlic. Mix the vegetables with the garlic, salt and pepper and a few drops of chili oil in a bowl.

Form a “bowl” on a baking sheet of aluminum foil, i. beat up the edges on 4 sides. I recommend to take 2 layers of aluminum foil, then nothing can leak. Then spread the vegetables on it. Then put the salmon on it, drizzle with a little chili oil and crumb the sheep cheese generously over it.

Cook at 180 ° C top / bottom heat for about 30-35 minutes in the oven.
